Congratulations to Isaac Ruiz, Jean-Michel Pawlotsky’s team, winner of the Special Jury Prize (University Prize 2020) for his doctoral thesis in Hepatology and Virology

Each year, the Val-de-Marne Department supports research by rewarding the best academic work through the University Prize.

Isaac Ruiz received the Special Jury Prize for his doctoral thesis from the University of Paris-Est Créteil in Hepatology and Virology: Development of new therapeutic approaches in Virology and Hepatology: Small-Molecule Cyclophilin Inhibitors (SMCypI).

Isaac Ruiz completed his thesis in Jean-Michel Pawlotsky’s team and is now an associate researcher in the hepatology and liver transplantation department of the Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal.
